Vertas sponsors School Food Plan Award at EDUcatering Excellence Awards

The Vertas Group proudly sponsored the School Food Plan Award at the EDUcatering Excellence Awards 2016.

The EDUcatering finalists, judges and sponsors came together on Monday 17th October for the annual Awards where this year’s winners were revealed.

Guests enjoyed a sumptuous three course meal prepared by the staff at the luxurious Royal Garden Hotel and the evening’s entertainment was provided by the very talented students of the Sylvia Young Theatre School.

Organisers were astounded by the standard of this year’s entries and amazed to see such fantastic contributions being made to the school food industry.

Caroline Thompson-Barr, Head of Operations for Vertas Group Limited presented the School Food Plan Award to Jason O’Rourke of Washingborough Academy.
