Vertas Group Named Finalist in The Institute of Customer Service Awards 2021

We are delighted that Vertas Group has gained more recognition for their customer-first approach, being named a finalist in The Institute of Customer Service UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2021, for the category ‘Customer Focus Award – Large Enterprise’. The awards are the UK’s most prestigious customer service awards – run by the professional body for customer service.

Julia Dolan, Head of Customer Relations, commented “We are delighted that our journey has been recognised by the Institute. We are proud of the strong relationships we have with our customers and always putting our customers first is at the heart of everything we do.”

The awards ceremony will take place on October 19th 2021 at London Hilton on Park Lane.
