Nominations now open for third annual Vertas Making the Difference Awards
Clients, customers and staff of Vertas can now vote for their number one Vertas employees and teams to be recognised at the annual Making the Difference Staff Awards.
Now in its third year, the Making the Difference Staff Awards were established to recognise the ongoing commitment of colleagues across the business who are going above and beyond the call of duty; whilst improving processes, driving forward client and customer satisfaction and demonstrating innovation within their roles.
In celebration of the nominations going live, Vertas is also delighted to announce 2018’s headline sponsor – DCS, a Chelmsford-based supply partner specialising in disposables and catering supplies.
The event; which is entirely funded by Vertas’ local supply partners takes place on Friday 2nd March 2018 in The Hangar at Kesgrave Hall, Milsoms and is attended by Vertas staff, clients, suppliers and a host of Vertas stakeholders.
There are ten categories open for all colleagues within the Vertas Group; whether they’re a Groundsman, School Food Service Assistant, Cleaner, Property Advisor or Gas Engineer we want to hear about local heroes!

“Now a staple focus in Vertas’ calendar, our third annual awards looks set to be the biggest and most exciting event yet.
“With the many exciting developments seen within Vertas over the last year; such as our acquisition of Oakpark Security and expansion into Norfolk’s education sector, this event will be the perfect opportunity to celebrate those who worked tirelessly to aid us in this growth.
“I warmly encourage our clients, customers, colleagues and all those who work with staff within the Vertas Group to recognise these dedicated ones and nominate now! I would also like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to DCS and our other supply partners for funding the awards evening – it would not be possible without their support.”
